A Sour Wheat Lager
Our ode to summer. By implementing a sour mash procedure in our kettle an intense lactic and sour character emerges. The beer is then fermented with our lager yeast. Finishes fruity, citrusy, dry, and quite tart.
Light and cloudy, just like it should be. Quickly dissipated head after pour.
I smell some sour character, a little bit of wheat too.
Sour blast in my mouth. Amazing flavor and sourness. Super drinkable and just an amazing Berliner. Citrusy and very tart.
Ridiculously fresh (packaged on July 11th). Super fresh and just crushable. A nice twist on a Berliner and I will be buying this beer again.
