Scratch #235 by Troegs Brewing
Brewery: Troegs Brewing Co
Beer Style: Gose
ABV: 4.5%
IBUs: 10
Sometimes Gose’s try to be something that they are not, this beer was definitely the “definition” of a gose in my eyes. It was salty and I could definitely taste the coriander.
The style was really popular in recent years and I’ve had a lot of different renditions. This is one of my favorites, up there with Westbrook Brewing’s Gose.
Also, I love the idea behind Troegs Scratch series, the only thing that I’m sad about is that I cannot get more of them. I was lucky to try some when I visited the brewery a couple summers ago and I’m happy to try this one. So, if anyone at Troegs is reading this, I would gladly review more Scatch series beers :).

@troegsbeer Scratch #235 Gose – nice flavor. Really enjoyable Gose. Now I wish I had #properglassware with their new logo on it
Punctuated by a refreshing citrusy tartness, our Gose features coriander and salt as well as orange peel to broaden its zesty appeal. Kick back and enjoy this refreshing blast of mouth-puckering joy.
