Original Tasting Notes: That Double Dulachan though. (Or should I said #datdoubledulachan ) Tons of hops and malts in this. Lots of flavors. Still surprisingly balanced
So, at first taste, I couldn’t believe how well they hid the hops. I was actually a little disappointed. But after I let the beer warm up a bit I was in for a whole other world. The beer changed that much. Once I let it open up a bit and warm up the hops really started to shine and this beer became so much more.
An insanely balanced Double IPA, Double Dulachan was a beer that I literally dreamed about and never thought would happen. I remember my first ever sip of Dulachan, I was blown away. Such an incredibly flavorful IPA with lots of pine and citrus hop notes to it. But, Double Dulachan just takes the cake.

Pronounced “doo-la-khan” after the fearsome headless goblin of Irish lore. Our reincarnation is massively hopped and a devilishly delicious American IPA!
