Beer God’s Notes

Original Tasting Notes:  @gunhillbrewery E. Pluribus Lupulin #2 – Felix DIPA – well this is fabulous. I’m glad I grabbed a second (that I’ll probably drink from the can). Lots of flavor. A little hazy and finished really smooth

I don’t normally post images/gif’s to explain what I feel about beers. But this one was exactly how I felt while drinking this (in a good way)

Seriously, Holy Balls!

I thought the first E Pluribus Lupulin was amazing, but Felix takes the cake here.  This might be one of the best beers I’ve had in a long time.  It was both balanced and unbalanced.  I know that doesn’t make any sense, but it really had everything that I looking for from a double IPA.

It was so tasty that I went from having one beer to 3.  It made me want to drink more Gun Hill (and I happened to have 2 other beers from them in my fridge.  Look to the next 2 days for those posts.

Gun Hill is quickly becoming a favorite brewery of mine and I’m really glad that they are doing so well in my local bottle shop Brewed & Bottled. There’s something about passion that makes other passionate.   I can tell that Gun Hill is passionate about making amazing beer, and Chris at Brewed & Bottled is passionate about selling the best beer he can.
