Original Tasting Notes: Enforcer Winter Mosaic DIPA by @42northbrewing – Being a DIPA I didn’t get a ton of one specific flavor but this was a great tasting double IPA
I enjoyed the original Enforcer DIPA, but this had something different that I liked a little more. I don’t know if it was “juicier” or what, but it definitely had that missing piece that I felt Enforcer was missing.
Like I mentioned in my tasting notes — there wasn’t a specific flavor that I noticed that the Mosaic gave (or took away) from Enforcer. But it was delicious.
