@stonefacebrewing Hopulization DIPA - a little old but tons of flavor. I would LOVE to try one of these fresh!

Beer God’s Notes

I’m a little sad that I forgot about this great beer in my beer fridge.  It was given to me when it was still snowy and cold out, and now it’s almost fall.  It was a little old, but I’m happy to say that it still had tons of flavor in it.

That being said, I would absolutely love to try one of these bad boys fresh.  A lot of the hops in it reminded me of my favorite Maine Beer Co IPAs (which are killer if you haven’t had a chance to get any of those yet).

Hopulization is an irresponsible experiment of hop utilization. This Double IPA is built with 2-row pale, white wheat, and crystal malts – and then dry-hopped twice, using Galaxy, Calypso, and a touch of Simcoe hops. Twice. We did it two times.
