Beer God’s Notes

Original Tasting Notes: check out the color on this! And it definitely has the taste to match too. Absolutely delicious hop bomb.

I was transfixed by the hop particles in this beer for a while.  I love a great unfiltered IPA as much as the next guy, but it’s been a while since I’ve had one this fresh.  The last really memorable unfiltered DIPA I had was in Pittsburgh by Brew Gentlemen, but it’s hard to compare to because it was fresh, on draft, and at the source.

This puppy was delicious.  Lots of great IPA-making smells that turn into some really nice and bold flavors. As I said in my tasting notes… this is definitely a hop bomb.

Description

Bitterness: Medium

Big aroma on this one! Passionfruit/tropical meets hoppy/dank. Brewed with… all the good hops. Mosaic, Columbus, Wai-ti, Citra, and Simcoe. Complex, clean, aggressive, balanced.
