COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION:
Heading to most states in limited quantities, the Beer Camp Across America West Coast Double IPA clocks in at 8.5% ABV and features five hop varieties, two of which went into Sierra Nevada’s “Hop Torpedo” dry-hopping device and impart hints of grapefruit and a floral note that recalls orange blossom. A light malt body and dry finish complement the bold hop profile.
APPEARANCE:
Dark orange and gorgeous, nice head, and just incredible lacing on this while drinking it.

AROMA:
Intense hop aroma hits me, first citrus, then pine. Smells dank. Alright, enough smelling, this needs to be enjoyed now.
TASTE:
Really nice, incredibly smooth at 8.5%. Dangerously smooth. Leaves an awesome after taste in your mouth after finishing the sip. Honestly tastes like they tried really hard to improve on their already tasty and easy to drink Torpedo.
OVERALL:
This gets the ship started out of the harbor for the rest of the 12 pack I’m about to undertake in the next 12 days. A great West Coast DIPA from a solid brewery. An incredible way to start the next 12 days, and an incredible way to be invited to Beer Camp by Sierra Nevada.
RATING:
4.5 out of 5
Until the next beer:
