Original Tasting Notes: So fresh and so enjoyable.

There really isn’t much more to say than so fresh and so enjoyable.  This incredibly tasty double IPA packed a punch but then followed it up with some light cuddling.  Singlecut is absolutely destroying the East Coast IPA scene.  I’m so incredibly lucky to be able to get some of these beers AND get them fresh.

Singlecut, don’t change a thing.  Even though that one girl told you to… don’t ;).  In all seriousness, though, Softly Spoken Magic Spells was a hoppy double IPA with a ton of flavor.  Lots of citrus notes from the hops and the malt was there to even things out nicely.

FAR AWAY ACROSS THE FIELD there is a golden IIPA with a tropical / bright citrus / mild pine and smooth / soft lightly sweet malt that will take you home home again.
