Beer God’s Notes

The nose on this is incredible.  Lots of citrus notes with a hint of pine.  Upon first sip I noticed that I was going to be crushing this beer.  Not because it is easy to drink by any means.  I was just enjoying it that much.  At 9% this beer is no joke.  Lots of flavor is mixed in with the hoppiness.  Westbrook doesn’t usually mess around, but this is a really nice step up from their regular IPA.  Tiny Tornado reminds me why I love Westbrook as much as I do.

Tiny Tornado is a double IPA hopped with Galaxy, Columbus, Amarillo, and Chinook. Bottles are available at the brewery today and the first batch will be hitting distribution in SC and AL early next week. The 2nd batch will go out to GA, NY, and NC when it’s ready
