Beer God’s Notes

Original Tasting Notes:  Well well well. Enjoying my Whipped by @oliverbrewingco @stillwater_artisanal – but seriously this is super unique and tasty. Really sweet and smooth.

This might be one of the most unique beers I’ve ever tasted.  I wasn’t sure what I was getting into – I’ve only ever had one or two other “milkshake IPAs” so I didn’t know exactly what to expect.  The first thing I noticed was the can told me to shake it. I did, but not vigorously or anything – it’s still a can under pressure.  I popped the big guy and poured.  It. Was. Hazy! Holy crap – and the smell that came off of it at first pour was heavenly.  Lots of sweetness from the fruity hops and the vanilla.

Whipped was one of those “WTF” beers that I didn’t know how I would feel – but first sip I was hooked. This beer is super tasty.  It’s smooth and sweet and not in your face. I’ve had a few other Oliver Brewing Co beers and I was hoping that this would surprise me – boy did it.

Nitro DIPA brewed with mango, vanilla and lactose.
