Beer God’s Notes
Pours a really nice hue of orange. Seems unfiltered (TOTALLY fine with me). The hop resins are nice too, they seem to hang to the sides of the glass. Citrusy hops, with a nice wheat backbone — not much malt to notice in this but the beer still feels balanced. his is the first beer I’ve had from Upstate that I would have guessed the IBU correctly. This measures in at 70 IBUs which is pretty hoppy for a pale wheat ale. But that’s why they added the I in front of it — IPA’s are usually hoppier than Pale Ales.

This drank way too fast for me. I usually don’t like when wheat is thrown into a beer where it doesn’t need to be (I’m not a big heffe fan). But this beer is really tasty and I will be grabbing this again.
Description
This beer is a merging of two of our favorite styles: India Pale Ale and American Wheat beers. It has n intense floral-citrusy hop bitterness of an in-your-face IPA with the light and refreshing body of an American Wheat beer. A great beer for all of you hop heads!
