Original Tasting Notes: One of the most creative names of a beer I’ve seen in a while. When Hazy Met Sally by @mikkellersd – excellent and a surprising 10%.

Well, I did NOT know this was a 10%er when buying OR drinking it. And it didn’t taste that way either.  At a nice 80 IBUs it wasn’t overly bitter by any means and they definitely hid the 10% in the smoothness of this beer.

I was definitely getting a combination of papaya and orange with this – a little orange and the slightest bit of lemon zest too.  The body was pillowy and smooth like you wouldn’t believe. Easily one of the best beers I’ve had in 2018.
