Beer God’s Notes

Man, I am just getting lucky with the unfiltered IPAs lately.  I don’t think I’ve had a session IPA that was unfiltered until last week, and now I’ve had two in a week.  Craziness.

Anyway, Hobo Life was a really nice session IPA with no other qualities that I’m used to out of a session except for the ABV.  The color was really pretty and most of that was thanks to the cloudiness caused by it being unfiltered.  It didn’t have the typical session taste to it too (which I think is missing because of the addition of Citra hops).

Lord Hobo really knows what they are doing with IPAs and I just saw that they released a new Double IPA.  If anyone could get me one, I’d greatly appreciate it.  Here’s looking at you Lord Hobo!
