Beer God’s Notes

American Hopped had a really nice semi-sweet flavor to it. The hops tricked me into thinking that this was more of a dry cider. But, alas it’s not. The hop profile isn’t too strong (read: beer haters, don’t worry). This is definitely still a cider, and a delicious one at that.

After this Cider, I need to try out the rest of their lineup!

American Hopped

Estate grown Autumn Crisp apples fermented and then dry-hopped with Cascade, Centennial, & Columbus hops that we sourced from a neighboring farm. A brilliantly balanced cider with just a touch of sweetness and hop aromatics that add to the complexity of an already complex cider.
