Beer God’s Notes

Original Tasting Notes: lots of ginger, but a really smooth cider.

The ginger in this was really nice.  At first sip, I was a little worried that it was going to be too much, but after a few sips, it was just perfect.

The ginger is pretty much the entire aroma of this.  I didn’t get any apple or lemon, but some of those flavors were definitely in this.

This is my first cider from Vermont’s Citizen Cider, but it won’t be my last.

We offer this cider to the honorable and fully infamous mayor of the only non-town in America, Fort Ethan Allen, USA. The mayor likes his cider with a ginger nip, so in our current effort to ensure local harmony and diplomacy we offer this cider up to the mayor and his fellow citizens.
