Beer-God's-Notes

First thoughts on this beer were that it pours incredibly murky, looks a lot like a mixture of orange juice and some other fruit juice with a murky white frothy head on top.

I took my pictures and then took my first sip in the 85 degree heat of Western NY.  Wow, this is tart.

My second opinion was that it wasn’t that good, just felt like too much fruit and tartness without any backbone to it.  Then I took a third sip and thought, well this is growing on me.

The rest of my sips (which went really fast due to the low ABV) were followed by the same thoughts– this beer is incredibly crushable, easy to drink, may be a little too tart, but damn is this refreshing.

I can promise that this beer will not be for everyone, honestly, I can see more people hating it than liking it.  But, that’s what craft beer is about.  You’re not making a flavor for the masses (that even the masses don’t really enjoy).  You are making a beer that you, the brewer, or you the company enjoy–and you hope that others like it also.

Overall: I gave this beer a 4 out of 5 stars on Untappd.  I’m really enjoying this on a hot day.
