This was a really tasty sour.  I was pleased that two people actually brought it to the bottle share we had, so I’m saving one for a later date! Who knows what’ll happen to it then, but I’m sure it’ll be funky.

Brewed in celebration of Uinta’s 21st Birthday, our unfiltered Sour Farmhouse Ale showcased a mix of underlying spice, zest and moderate tartness. Birthday Suit was crisp, refreshing and let it all hang out with a citrusy sourness worth celebrating.
