Beer God's Notes

This is an incredibly interesting beer.  It’s has no “typical” IPA flavors by any means.  I did find myself getting a lot of citrus notes (which Falconer’s Flight hops are known to have a lot of). But for the Brett part of it — that was spot on.  Brett adds such a unique and sour component to this.  It’s extremely sour, like pucker your mouth sour.  But, I still really enjoyed it.  I was happy that I had a chance to try this and would drink it again.

Description1

Primary fermented with Crooked Stave’s mixed Brettanomyces cultures and then received over three pounds per barrel of Falconer’s Flight hops, a blend of Pacific Northwest hops known for distinct tropical, floral, and citrus notes.
