Original Tasting Notes: Enjoying this in my amazingly badass #properglassware – this has a nice bite to it for only being 3.9%

Like my original tasting notes say, Prairie Weisse is really nice.  It had a nice bite to it and I was surprised to find that it was sub 4 percent in ABV. I’m not 100% sure what flavors were in play here, but it had a nice sour bite to it without taking the enamel off of your teeth.

Prairie Weisse is our take on a traditional Berliner Weisse. This beer is light, refreshing, and lemony-sour. It finishes with a touch of malt to help balance out the flavor.
