Beer God’s Notes

Original Tasting Notes: I love bottle shop bottle shares. This one is @prairieales vs @trvebrewing – it was really really tasty.

I was really happy to get to try this beer.  I hadn’t heard a lot about it, which peaked my interest even more.  My first sip really underwhelmed me, but that was because I wasn’t ready for the actual flavors that were coming at me.

The second sip was a totally new ball game.  I was getting a lot of the typical “sour” characteristics without that enamel-busting feeling that you typically get.  It had a lot of fruit flavors mixed with a nice lightly carbonated and lightly sourness to it.

I found myself going back for more and more until there was only a little left.
