Beer God’s Notes

I think this is probably pretty up there in IBU’s because I’m getting a nice hoppiness out of this stout.  Don’t get me wrong, this is, by all means, a stout through and through, but it’s got a nice bite to it.  Out of Bounds Stout is a surprising first try for me this far into my beer journey.  I’ve had access to Avery being from PA — AND I’ve been to the (old) brewery.  I had never had it before today, and I really enjoyed it.  I’ll be on the lookout for this next winter for sure.
